Fibromyalgia Introduction from NHS Choices
This can be used by people with fibromyalgia as proof that fibromyalgia does exist and is not something they are imagining. The important message from this is that the information is provided by the NHS - and one can ask the non believers - why would the NHS be promoting information about something which I and 2-4% of the population are imagining?  Print this article and show it to your doctor if he/she does not believe in FMS.

Soundbath Events from Maryse in Bognor Regis
If you want to have time out doing something enjoyable but also balancing, learning about how to use the voice to reduce stress, to energise and to relax, then this might be something to come along to and experience. You do not have to be able to sing, this workshop is about sound, the sound of the voice. Explore your voice together with everyone else in a safe environment and enjoy the opportunity to create sound using various instruments such as drums. If you are interested and would like to book a place or would like more information do not hesitate to contact me. The evening is the best time to ring me at the moment.

N.B. I would like to point out to you all that the information in my eNewsletters does not necessarily infer endorsement by the charity Fibromyalgia Support for Surrey & Sussex.   Any advice or recommendation of a medical or legal nature must always be discussed with a qualified professional. The charity cannot be held responsible for omissions and/or errors.
Sites I refer you to are for information only.  They might conflict in their opinions, they might not even be medically sound, but I merely offer them for you to peruse and make your own judgements, accept or reject as you will.  Only by reading widely can we get an overall picture of fibromyalgia syndrome and how we can deal with its symptoms, learn to cope with them and still have a life.  I also include various awareness and local issues as well as general health considerations.  Anyone wishing to reproduce any of the above items in printed form should seek permission from the originators.
